CHARLES H. CRANFORD was born in Albemarle, North Carolina, on July 12, 1946. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1968, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1973, where he served on the editorial board of the North Carolina Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif and recipient of the Judge Walter Clark Award. He has practiced in Charlotte since he was admitted to the bar in 1973. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar and Mecklenburg County Bar. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and transactional law.

MICHAEL F. SCHULTZE was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 2, 1959. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981 and the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1984. He has practiced in Charlotte since he was admitted to the Bar in 1984 and is admitted to practice in the Western, Middle and Eastern United States District Courts of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Litigation Section of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations and is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation, commercial collections, bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, and criminal defense law.
R. GREGORY TOMCHIN was born in Bluefield, West Virginia, on June 15, 1960. He graduated from Wake Forest University with an economics degree in 1982 and from West Virginia University School of Law in 1985. He practiced in Charleston, West Virginia for two years before relocating to Charlotte in 1987. He is a member of the West Virginia and North Carolina Bar Associations and the Mecklenburg County Bar. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy and collections.
R. MICHAEL ALLEN was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on May 28, 1959. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981 with a degree in business administration, and from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1984. He has practiced in Charlotte since he was admitted to the bar in 1984. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Mecklenburg County Bar and is a Certified Senior Advisor. Mr. Allen practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, guardianship and elder law, business law and real estate. He serves as the Public Administrator for Mecklenburg County.
